Hacking the Dark Future!
HAX is a Massively Multiplayer Browser Game about hackers in a dystopian future ruled by powerful megacorps and rogue AIs. You are a Ghost Runner, a fugitive hacker, diving deep into the Link to steal secrets and sell them to the highest bidder. The game starts from the Hideout, deep in the bowels of the Complex. From there you can access the Link, a 2D jungle of connections, network nodes and dynamic icons.
Action, Epic and Intrigue!
HAX combines strategy, action and stealth. How about 10-minute solo sweep through the net? Or do you prefer a premeditated system assault as part of a synchronized runner gang? Storyline missions take you deeper and deeper into the Link using a cool webcomic narrative with you as the hero. Tags help you find or make new friends among the thousands of runners. Street Cred tells others how tough you are. Achievements tell them why.

HAX is 100% free. That's right. There is NO premium content. All features and content are available to all players. And all you need to play HAX is an Internet connection and a web browser. Drop in, raise hell and get out before they trace you! Wirepunk will accept donations for upkeep and continued development. Donors will receive daily Intel on high-value targets but they still have to run the Link to reach them.
